I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.
