I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The office is clean and well maintained and following above and beyond the COVID protocol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all! In fact I have several times. Thanks. Linda

The officer that answered the phone as well as the officer that called me back, were both professional and curteous. The officer that answered the call was easy to understand, I didn’t have to ask her to repeat herself. The officer that called me back was also easy to understand. Both of them sounded friendly and approachable.

We have seen Dr. Essul a few times on a walk in basis, and have been pleased each time. Dr. Essul is kind, and professional and competent.

Yesterday i tried the best coffee ive got from Starbuck or any coffee shop here. The bad thing is that i dont know if the next barista will make the same coffee next time.

In August I found a fabulous pair of frames in the USA. The Village Eye Centre brought them in for me from Holland. I was told that they would take two days to receive them, but they were at my home within 18 hours, I really appreciate all their hard work and commend this business for their excellent customer servic.

I have used Hakim for several years now. Always get a great product at a reasonable price. Sometimes they are busy and you have to wait. However, when it is your turn, you are uninterrupted. They always remember me which is a nice feeling.

Phenomenal service. great, friendly people. I work long hours and have a hard time making it in, but when I have the opportunity, they are very accommodating and always find a way to squeeze me in at the last minute. Don is excellent and thorough. I do physical work and even with all the stress on my back I still find myself getting better by the session.
