In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. I get that dealerships tend to be busy but 2 weeks wait just to get a oil check on my civic is ridiculous especially when my oil life 15% but yea if it was fir Steph working some magic I was done with service from them dovsafe to say she managed to get me in the same day n get the job done
