Can not say enough good things about VIP Autocare.
I had to repaint 50% of my vehicle and had some rust spots to get ahead of as well and wanted to get this all done at once and picked up my car today and it looks brand new! VIP came highly recommended by my mechanic and I am so happy I brought my car here!
Some rust was accumulating on my rear lights on my hatch back and also had some damage on my bumper and a scrape that ran the length of one side of my car that I really wanted repaired.

I brought my mazda tribute to Midas in bells corners for a noise. They took me in right away. The mechanic took it for a drive and brought it into the shop. Within 20 mins they had a estimate for me. They fixed my mazda by the time they said they would with no additional costs. I was very happy with the service on the front counter and the quality of work from Ken. I will certainly go back!

I'm one of Dr. Gorka's first patient (33 years ago and counting!) There's a reason I still have Dr. Gorka provide the care my body needs... Her excellent patient care, attention to detail and the mere fact she has put me back together so often over the many years! Front office staff is also very friendly! We got an air-tight fireplace insert from Top Hat (Neo1.6). From sales to fireplace cleaning, to inspection, to installation, the process was so very well coordinated! We were very impressed with all services. The installers Justin E and Randall were very friendly, professional and covid-careful. It was a pleasure to deal with Top Hat!

My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.
