I lost the key for my removable hard drive case, then locked it... Duh!! I wasn't sure any locksmith would want to bother with such a little job but Pro Tech said they could come the next day. I was surprised, I guess I was expecting to have to take it somewhere! He arrived promptly, took his shoes off in the house which impressed me muchly, and not only got it unlocked but made me a new key, all for a very reasonable price!! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

My daughter danced at the Walnut Grove School of Music and Dance for fifteen years. Grace experienced a wide variety of dance genres such as ballet, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. The dance teachers are exceptional and along with their caring attitudes, knowledge & expertise made my daughter's experiences so memorable. Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

I used this business for approximately 6 months and was more than satisfied. The facility is extremely well run, very secure and very clean. I never saw a spider or a spider web anywhere during the 6 months! If there was a 10-star option I would have chosen the 10.
