After going to practically every salon in Edmonton, and paying a lot of money for some pretty bad haircuts i decided to check out Ashleys hair design, so glad i did Walked in and told her what i wanted, she is very professional and explained what she was going to do and then gave me the best haircut and color I have ever had. Have been going there now for about 8 months and have never been disappointed. Ashley is very friendly and has the best prices in town.

My regular hairdresser had gone on maternity leave, so I was searching for a new stylist. Reviews on Yelp for The Beauty Parlour were great, so I decided to give it a try.
From the moment you walk in the entire atmosphere (music, decor, etc.) have an incredibly calming effect. Parking wasn't an issue, and it's at the beginning of Whyte Ave before you start running into a lot of traffic. Aspen, the manager, was very efficient, polite, and welcomed me right away. My stylist, Alysha, listened to what I wanted, made some great suggestions for cut, colour, and styling techniques, made me feel very comfortable (latte.. yes please! Scalp massage... thank you!!) and did a fantastic job on my hair.
As well, the products are sulphate, paraben, and ammonia free. Great news for pregnant ladies and anyone trying to live a less toxic lifestyle! They still work great; in fact, the hair products I left with work better than any other high end items I've purchased in the past, and smell amazing!
I left extremely relaxed and happy with the overall experience. I will definitely be back, and would recommend this salon to anyone.

Excellent service but they require cash or cheque, no credit cards or debit. I loved the way they did my hair and will come back! However, they dont work on Mondays and their phones dont take a message.

Office staff are very kind and obliging. The maintenance Fella is very efficient and always pleasant. My requests are dealt with in 3-4 days. I love it here.

After a couple of years of trying to find a stylist in the north end, I had given up the hope that I would ever get a haircut that would address my hair challenges. My search is over!!!I have just gotten home from my first appointment at Rock It Out Salon and I absolutely LOVE my hair, I am sooooooo happy.My appointment was with Amanda,who knows what she is doing and I have to mention the Receptionist, so friendly not phony friendly, genuinely friendly. I look forward to returning to this salon
