I have been going to Specs Appeal since they opened in their original location on King Street in Kitchener.
The staff have always been extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
The product range is extensive and i have always been able to find exactly what i needed over the years. Never found a reason to shop elsewhere.

Broke both my glasses in one day. Called for quick appointment. Found fitted arms and fixed right away. No charges!! Would love to offer tips or something for great services without success!! Thanks very much for wonderful services!

I have been going here for over 5 years and I love the lady at the front desk she is very accommodating and helpful. I found the optometrist to be thorough but also quick as mentioned in other comments. However, I commented on this and he said he knows people don’t have all day so he is efficient with the eye exam. Places that take an hour don’t mean it’s BETTER just BUSIER. I liked the quick service was in and out in an hour with glasses picked out.
