I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!

Karaan from the Whitby location of La-Z-boy was a wonderful salesman who genuinely cared about my comfort at all times during my purchase and while doing his job he never pushed me to purchase anything I didn't want and that is important to me.
