I had the worst and greatest day yesterday.
It started terribly when trying to upgrade my Iphone with Virgin Mobile, not only was I sent to three different Kiosks but they didn't have anything i stock. When I asked for options they simply said I would have to wait and place an order. Well a friend of mine suggested this apple store and never have I had such a great customer experience. If you're upgrading go see Apple directly. They ROCK!

the person that helped me with my problem was very friendly and he fixed my problem in 20 minutes which was a bit complicated would recomend this store as excellent with five stars
