We recently purchased a washer and dryer set through the Brick in Medicine Hat. Our sales rep, Jaymee, was very knowledgeable and guided us to find the perfect set with all the features we require for our family and pets. Excellent service and great food, very helpful staff and when the wait time for the food was very long or the food not up to par, the manager provided a reduction to the bill or a free meal

We had them come out and do a job and 2 weeks later it did not work. On the long weekend Sunday I talked to Tammy the call lady she totally awesome and wanted to help, I was very impressed with her! The next day Frank came out he looked at the job it was a septic pump problem what they can not fix. He was very professional and explained it to me they refunded me all my money without me asking. The Gentlemen Plumbers made a mistake and totally stepped up to the plate. I would totally use them!
