Excellent car wash. When you put in your credit card it pre-authorizes it for around 19 dollars although it looked like it charged me 19 it only charged me the 10 dollars it took me to wash it. I noticed other people were not happy, it is probably because they didn't bother to check their credit card to see if there was a pending charge or not. I am very happy with how it washed my car but really just like any other car wash, it is the car washer not the wash that gives you quality.

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. In the end it had to be towed. But they got the work done in record time as I had my vehicle back before the end of day. Thank you and your crew!

I cannot say enough about the excellent attention I received at Capital GM just off McLeod Trail Calgary, The service staff could not do enough for me, they bent over backwards to help diagnose the problem with my vehicle, special kudos go out to the service manager who went above and beyond as well as the service agents that logged in my vehicles!!!

A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Great shop, I did a walk in to fix my rear bumper because of some damages that had occurred and the owner came out and helped me immediately, very fast and very good work, made my rear bumper look as good as new and had very fair prices. I highly recommend tis shop to anyone looking for reliable fast and affordable body work for there car.
