Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from James and his team. This was my first accident repair on my brand new vehicle. James and very friendly and walked me through the entire process of fixing my vehicle. He was reassuring of the quality of job his staff would perform and made me feel comfortable my vehicle was in great hands. He was prompt to answer/return calls and took the time to answer any questions I had. I would recommend James and his team for any repair big or small.

After reading other great reviews about this body shop, i decided to bring my car to John in order to repair the rust and corrosion on the driver's side of my Elantra GT and also my sunroof. To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.
