The owner is friendly and very reasonable. He is not there to rip you off as most of these shops do. He helped me order OEM pads and rotors at the fraction of the cost offered by BMW. I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. I have never found a more honest and thorough mechanic who frankly under charges compared to every other auto shop I have used. I feel so fortunate to know about his services. Brian and his team are excellent in service and workmanship. I have been to several body shops in the past and JKPY tops them all! Very personable and good communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Brian and his team to anyone else looking for body work. The other proof of quality is that JKPY also are contracted to dealerships.
