I was quoted a price and a timeline for the body work required, and they completed the work earlier and the quote was precisley what I did pay. The receptionist and the manager/owner were professional and friendly and the car looked fantastic. The experience I had at this business was a FIVE and I will recommend all my friends to go to this business should they require body work on their car.

I would like to say I had the most wonderful experience purchasing a used car from Keith on Sunday. I received an immediate phone call from Keith when I email Car Guru. He was very honest and upfront and answered all my questions or concerns I had regarding the vehicle. He did not pressure me at any point to purchase to vehicle. Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.

Our visit was fantastic at Speedy Auto Service St Catharines. Went there with a broken exhaust. We were anticipating over $700 bill as we had few Quotes already from different places but Speedy did the repair on my existing exhaust instead of replacement. We were there for 40mins and cost us $210 only. We were amazed by the honesty and customer service. Highly recommended.
