James and very friendly and walked me through the entire process of fixing my vehicle. He was reassuring of the quality of job his staff would perform and made me feel comfortable my vehicle was in great hands. For such a small store, they have great selection, and the staff are always pleasant, and get me what I want. I prefer this smaller store. It meets all my needs in service and selection.

Excellent service. Recently had a potentially catastrophic issue with our engine. Dan, in service was extremely helpful and advocated along with the service manager Dave (?), to have it repaired through Kia as part of a goodwill gesture. It certainly did create goodwill between me and Waterloo Kia! The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

I have been getting my cars serviced at Waterloo Honda for 30 years now. One of the reasons I keep buying Honda/Acura is these guys - it means so much to have a garage you can trust completely. They also have a good shuttle service.

I’ve been a fan of Morris Car Wash for over a decade. I love these guys. They work very hard to get your car clean in the shortest amount of time possible. They do a very respectable job of cleaning a car inside and out, and they are courteous.
