I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

I went there 20 yrs ago when Hans owned the shop . He was amazing super nice very reasonable prices . The best . He knew his stuff. I had an issue on my way out of town he played with a couple wires n off I went . It seems he no longer owns the shop .

It is always a wonderful experience to rent a car with Aligo. Everyone working there is so nice, kind, helpful, happy. I have been renting for a year, on every week. I moved out of Richmond, and i still rent with them . GREAT SERVICE specially Sophia or Sofia, the colorful lady. I had a car rental at this company in last week, I got a VW Jetta, and so surprise that they provide a new car to me which is 2014 series. The sales service is so patient as well. I also found that they have luxury car too (e.g. BMW and Benz). I will go to try a lux. car next time....

It was a good experience purchasing my new 2019 GMC Sierra from Preston GM. The sales person Henry Mieszkalski was exceptional to deal with.
