Staff are kind & patient, they fit you in right away if necessary. I live out of town, I am disabled, & I only travel to Pentiction once every couple months. I needed to speak to someone to see if there was anything I could do for my sick cat in the mean time of bringing him in &, a Veterinarian called me back quite quickly actually, which surprised me. as every other Vet clinic would not allow you to speak to anyone, only way was to bring your animal in. Thank You for putting me at ease!

Recently I was in to get a total colour & style change. With Candices help I got the perfect colour change I was looking for. Candice took the time to go through styles,explaining how to consider different hair textures and types until we found a cute style for my hairtype. Dr Noftle is absolutely wonderful - his staff follow his example as being kind, caring and friendly. You do not feel the normal stress of going to a dentists office - very relaxed atmosphere. Even my husband who always hated going to the dentist and would frequently cancel his appointments, goes to every appointment - says he cannot believe it but they are pain free. 5 STARS - you have all earned it!

Much more personal experience than a big box drug store. They ask questions, take time with you, and make sure they are checking for any drug interactions. Plus, this is the only Penticton pharmacy that has ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and they even do compounding.
