Rick is great at what he does! There are only 3 other employees as far as I know and that is what makes his service AMAZING! It's personal, helpful and quick! He knows you by name not just by number. I was quoted a price and a timeline for the body work required, and they completed the work earlier and the quote was precisley what I did pay. The receptionist and the manager/owner were professional and friendly and the car looked fantastic. The experience I had at this business was a FIVE and I will recommend all my friends to go to this business should they require body work on their car.

This is my first time at Felix Automotive Co. Felix car repair shop on #6 Hwy was recommended by 2 ladies, widowed, and are very pleased with the work they have done along with the extended hours they have.
Shaun the owner/manager was very accommodating and explained the repairs before it was done and after. This job would have cost me twice as much at the dealer. I will be a 'forever' customer from now on.
