our lock broke and we got locked out of our store, we called a bunch of other locksmiths and no one was available luckily we came across A-Line , he was here within 30 minutes and was very friendly and fixed our lock in no time, and great price, i highly recommend this company!

I have been dealing with Art Knapp South Surrey for over 15 years. Spent thousands on plants, trees, toys, clothes, hot tub and smoker. The team at Art Knapp are awesome. Always willing to help, product experts on staff and overall good value. You can shop around a try to find things cheaper but the expertise and quality of service here is second to none. Of particular note is the hot tub team lead by Ken Grant. I bought my hot tub there 8 years ago and still enjoy it multiple times a week.

My wife and I were looking to generate a better view for the our property in an effort to sell it. I totally agree with the other review. I am new to Nanaimo and had a huge landscaping job where many truck loads of blast rock had to be removed from around the house and a retaining wall built. The project was difficult. Darren and his crew not only did everything to my specifications, they did it very professionally within a few days. I appreciate Darren's oversight to ensure that we were happy and that the work was done right. His work is excellent value!
