Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Love the atmosphere of the studio. It is a small studio that has a wide range of classes from vigorous to more meditative. I would recommend to a friend!

I love this store! There are so many unique items, and they have a lot of great plants! Each time I go there is something new to discover! The service is amazing! I highly recommend this store...if you have a couple hours its a great place to explore!

They are so wonderful here. The manager went out of her way to find some products and special order them in for me. They are way different than the Dollaramas here...they really try to help you find things you're looking for and will go out of their way to check stock etc. to help you out. They have an a great craft section for scrapbookers, and some cool kids toys like puzzles, etc. Also very good selection of party supplies.

Every year I make the trip to Stratford to check out Bradshaws for the holidays. There selection of entertainment wares is amazing. If you have wine lovers on your list - they have every glass/decanter/gadget imaginable.
