I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Roy showed up, and on time to quote our eavestrough replacement (which put him well ahead of the three others I called, two of whom didn't even show up and one who arrived 90 minutes later than we'd arranged). He was thorough and professional, did the job when he said he would at a price that was reasonable and fair, and cleaned up the site beautifully.

Right from the initial meeting I knew we were in good hands with an excellent company. Your presentation of your product, the look and construction of it was impressive. The installation carried on with that experience.
