I have visited this business for several years, mostly for acne. My doctor is Dr. Linda Smith. She is without comparison the best doctor I have ever interacted with! Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!

I was very impressed with the staff, as they take their time looking after your wants and needs. There was no rush to finish up and pay. The staff's knowledge about different subjects is fantastic, and they seem to know if you would like to chat, or just stay quiet and relax. Loved the ambience. Nice and relaxing.
