Excellent service. Recently had a potentially catastrophic issue with our engine. Dan, in service was extremely helpful and advocated along with the service manager Dave (?), to have it repaired through Kia as part of a goodwill gesture. It certainly did create goodwill between me and Waterloo Kia! The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

I purchased my scion frs from Nancy . I couldn't have asked for better assistance. She made sure that I got everything that I wanted and was a huge help in my decision to purchase my car.
