Great experience. They took the time to explain all of the features of the car and would not let me buy it until I drove it. There was no pressure put on me and after being treated so well and falling in love with car I bought it. Great folks to deal with they have a big indoor showroom so I did not have to go out in the rain.

They right away arranged my rental vehicle and gave me all the information I needed to proceed with the insurance company. From the moment I dropped off and picked up my vehicle they kept me informed.

I needed to take my 1999 Honda Accord in for repair after a hit and run incident.
As soon as I walked into Fix Auto Richmond Hill I noticed how clean and well organized the office was.
Not to mention the staff were very professional and helpful.
Although the owner was busy the other employees were very competent and welcoming.
Also, they are open Saturdays which is very convenient.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
