Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!! Lire plus

I have been going to goodlife for two years and have used a lot of their trainers and classes.. recently I had some issues that Required some stretching deeper than what I could accomplish on my own so I saw their myofascial stretch guy, Simon. All I can say is I was in constant pain before, now I have more flexibility and no pain . I would highly recommend him to anyone with tight muscles and you’re just not sure what to do..Lire plus
