The girls were unbelievably rude working the store. I came in with a smile and left with disappointment. The stuff is pretty but not worth having to deal with awful people.

Terrific in all aspects! Great communication throughout order, waiting for, and getting the part i needed! They were able to get me in the next day as well! Found myself actually just standing and chatting because everyone was so friendly! Absolutely awesome!

This was our first time at Swiss Chalet. The restaurant was quite busy for 4PM Sunday, but not packed. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
The waitress seemed to be in a hurry. Looks like they were short staffed. She messed up our drinks and the cook never brought us the buns we were supposed to get with our meal. My tea cup had something dried up on it (looked like brown sugar), which I had to scrape off with my fingers :)))) I didn't bother asking to get a new one.
The food was very tasty, although the dessert (sundae) was far too sweet .
Overall a nice little lower-middle class restaurant with good atmosphere.
The service could be better though.

Venez déguster un délicieux repas chez Regency Palace Restaurant. Au menu fruits de mer, dans une gamme de prix allant de 11$ à 25$. L'ambiance de ce lounge est décontractée. Elle vous offre, entre autres, un accès pour les fauteuils roulants. Regency Palace Restaurant est ouvert en soirée du samedi au dimanche. L'accès est aisé par transport en commun, ainsi que par vélo et voiture.
Venez déguster un excellent repas chez Swiss Chalet. Au menu poulets. L'accès est aisé par voiture. Ils sont établis au coeur d'une zone ou vous trouverez de nombreux magasins.
