Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.

We really enjoyed working with Eddy and his team. They all put 110% of effort in everything they do! I would definitely recommend his services to everyone!

I have been going there for years and have always found all staff professional, friendly and accommodating to my needs.
