Great place to work! I love being part of a company that cares so much about its employees. I feel very valued and appreciated. Our commitment to team morale is outstanding. I believe Norris Ford truly understands the significance of building these relationships and the importance of individual engagement. The idea that the staff is the dealerships most important asset has won me over. My loyalty, motivation, and job satisfaction have all increased because of it.

We bought a vehicle in October 2014. We have never been treated like this before at a car dealership. Everyone was pleasent and cheerful. There was no PUSHY ATTITUDE from the salesman. We were actually treated like a person rather than another vehicle sold on the monthly list as at other dealerships. Every car we test drove was washed and impecably clean. When we were there the dealership was very busy and this feat alone was remarkable. Overall it was a wonderful buying experience.

Service is closed on Saturday's but Brad and Murray still came to my house and boosted my Acadia and then brought it back to Western and charged my battery, all that service and no bill. Thanks for helping me!
