Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. I was first introduced to Align Chiropractic through my mom who started with them in 2000. I've been going to the clinic since 2007 and have experienced nothing but satisfaction with the service and the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I love how personal each appt. is- you don't feel like just another client. I've been able to manage my chronic back pain with regular visits; Dr. Watson (literally) has my back covered! Definitely check them out!

Nathan and his team have taken down three trees for us safely and quickly! We also had them come back to remove the stumps. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and answered my lengthy list of questions! We hope to have them back this coming spring to install sod. I highly recommend them!
