I have dealt with PC Medic a few times now and have found their customer service to be excellent. Their prices are very good and I never feel that they are charging me for anything I don't need. Very knowledgeable staff. These days a PC place you can trust is as important as a car mechanic you know won't sell you something you don't need. PC Medic is trustworthy.

Excellent Service, PC Pros very freindly, they came right to our home and saved us, we had picked up some kind of virus and our computer would not even startup correctly. PC Pros was able to recover all our family photos, we thought we might have lost our photos forever. Vern, the owner of PC Pros, personally recovered all our documents and pictures and email. We are so happy with their service.

Jo-Ann helped me more than even my doctor. Her physiotherapy assessment on my foot took over.an hour and she helped me discover how I actually hurt it and then has been treating the issues. The Docs who checked it took maybe 5 min and made a guess. Her thoroughness meant I got the right treatment and am now almost fully healed and waking again. I can't recommend her enough to get your body functioning normal again!
