As a mom with three little kids, I felt that becoming physically fit was impossible. I was struggling with anxiety one year postpartum and decided to give exercise a try. I was invited to a free Hot Mama class and that day changed my life. Within this incredible community, I have exercised consistently for almost a year and am feeling human again. Ashley encourages, builds up, teaches, challenges, and tells you to "find your reason". AND your kids get out and moving too! It's awesome!

After my son's apple juice split into my Mac airs keyboard I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Fortunately after doing some research I found these guys. Thank goodness! We were introduced to Stony Plain Eye Centre during a field trip to their office by my kids' playschool, and have been patients ever since! Excellent customer service, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great with kids! They even have a "kids day" in the summer where the kids can enter draws and win prizes! Highly recommended!

Have had 2 sets of dentures made at this clinic and a couple of repairs
done. The staff have been really good and Michael has done a great job making dentures that fit my
implants. I have recommended him in the past to friends and will continue to do so.
