The entire team is FANTASTIC! We hired Simply Elegant for our Winter Celebration party at Skyview (amazing venue). Jade, Peter and Sharon took our vision of a New Orleans theme and nailed it - from the décor, drinks, food, performers...we all felt like we were transported there. Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.
