We have been using Dedicated Windows for about 4 years now and we are extremely satisfied with the professionalism of their staff. We live in a high rise with aluminum windows, difficult to remove, but Chad does a beautiful job of removing windows and screens and cleaning them until they shine. I can't give enough praise for Alan and his guys. The work was done well, with everything double checked. The workers were professional and respectful throughout the job and Alan was knowledgeable and approachable. The price was competitive with no surprises on the bill. That earns you a 4/5 in my book.
However, they went the extra mile taking care of some tasks that were not part of the job. By nature, I'm skeptical and suspicious of motives. However, I would have no hesitation in giving a 5/5 to Star Bright and recommending these guys to a family member, or to anyone else.

I needed a second glass shelf in my bathroom. I brought in a sample shelf to copy. Within 5 minutes they cut and polished an exact copy, and charged me half what I expected. I would recommend them highly.
