After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. From the time we limped in the dealership, until we were on our way, was 2 quick hours!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as getting us back on the road. Always have had very positive experiences. The walk in Drs have always been open and allow me to contribute to diagnostics without having threatened egos. They also don’t just throw a prescription at you typically if you don’t need one, and if you do need one are good about making sure its right. They have referred a specialist that was useless but I forgive them for it.
