I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. I am very thankful I found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Late on a Friday afternoon, after a frustrating week of visiting a number of businesses to get both information about countertops and fid someone willing to quote on my installation, I accidentally stumbled into Stone Express en route to Andrew Sheret in Richmond- What a wonderful discovery! Eric was incredibly helpful and informative - filling me in on all of the manufactured stones they carry as well as info about granite etc. He suggested that, if I had my plans, he could send me a quote after the weekend. The quote arrived Saturday a.m.! Eric also said I could see examples of their work around the corner at Suncrest Cabinets. I was offered samples and suggestions without pressure. Eric called me later to say that he had sourced a larger piece of stone to help me decide.
When I returned some of the samples I met Eric's associate, Yen, who was equally helpful and pleasant. As the Caesarstone I had chosen was new, she said she would reserve the pieces to make sure they were available when the cabinets were installed. Unfortunately our cabinet installation didn't go completely smoothly and as we have had to wait for some cabinet replacements, to complete the countertops all at the same time we would have had to wait for 6-8 weeks. Yen felt 6 weeks without our kitchen was absolutely unacceptable, so they split up the installation times, necessitating additional trips to measure and install.
When Raymond and James came to measure they were efficient and equally pleasant. They also noticed an installation issue that needed to be changed before one of the kitchen counters could be properly measured. After a second trip to measure, they were back within the 7 days to install – we are still waiting for the final glitches to be worked out re: 2 other cabinets, but I know Stone Express will handle the countertops without problem!

I had my BMW detailed here. Called Renee and told him last minute I wanted my car cleaned up so I could sell it on the weekend. My car was a complete mess, dog hair, cement dust, and mud everywhere. He stayed two hours passed closing and he got that car looking so good I didn't want to sell it anymore!
Had no problems selling that car and after I got my new one I brought it in to have my windows tinted and he did a great job, super quick and very reasonable price.

Have been going to Spin Cycle Laundry for 6 months now. Their laundry service is superb. Always on time! If they give you a time to pick it up it is always ready. The clothing is always well washed. Never has anything been lost or damaged. And most important of all the owners are very friendly and funny people. I always enjoy going there! I can gladly recommend it to anybody.

I brought my daughter in to see Dorothy and I was very apprehensive to her talking to a someone she did not know. however I was so pleased with Dorothy's kind and gentle manner in how she spoke and responded to my child. My daughter in a very short time was excited to go see Dorothy and her fears and anxieties were greatly improved in a short time. If you need a counsellor for any reason I highly recommend Dorothy to anyone she is just such a kind soul. I loved talking to her too:)

This weekend I got locked out of my car. I called this emergency locksmith company, Super Mike, and they got to my location in less than 20 minutes and did a very good job. They were able to open locked car and got me on my way!
