Vitality Yoga classes offer a nice combination of toning and strengthening. Each teacher has their own style and something nice to offer.
I personally enjoy the fine balance between this studio offers between getting a good stretch/workout as well as the stress relief, and mind calming benefits of the class that helps us really relax and let go. Vitality yoga does a great job at that. Love the meditation/relaxation at the end.

I have been coming here for years and the food and service are always excellent.
If I am meeting someone for lunch or dinner this is always my first choice . Portions are the right size and wine (by the glass) is a very nice quality.

Finally, a physiotherapist and clinic that didn't just stick me on a machine! There approach is unlike any I have experienced. They take the time to explain everything in ways I could understand! AND spent about an hour each session re-assessing and working on me. I have been on physiotherapy programs before where I needed to go twice a week for 6-7 weeks with no luck... Taryn had me better in 4 sessions total. THANK YOU!

My son LOVES this gym, its coaches and the sense of being part of a family. He loves the boxing classes and all of the fun friendly coaches he has had the pleasure of training with.

Venez déguster un excellent repas chez Saucy. L'atmosphère de cet établissement est décontractée. Ce lieu apprécié est ouvert tard du lundi au samedi et en journée pendant les fins de semaine. L'accès est facile par voiture. Ils sont situés dans un lieu paisible.
