A good mechanic is more valuable than gold. Werner is priceless. We have been taking ALL of our family's car's to him and his team. 3 generations of us. He is busy beyond busy and STILL made our 911 life work today. His wisdom is priceless. As is his front end, Amber. I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete.
The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early.
The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done.
