I highly recommend this pharmacist- knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, professional and kind. Always knows who I am and greets me by name. It is part of the west 10th 'community', a rapidly disappearing concept in the once lovely Vancouver. This is the place I have my prescriptions filled because I know the wait will be as short as possible and the service excellent.

Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service.

Likeable people, who get to know you. Always willing to answer concerns. or even place special orders. Best pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Also they communicate with my doctor when necessary, and they deliver at no charge.
