I've been in the store several times now and I always find what I'm looking for and usually get a few extra things (books or toys). I love that there is a corner for my daughter to play while I look around! The staff have always been courteous and helpful. Everything is always in good condition and a great price! We need more of these in London; from my experience ten times better than Once Upon a Child!

Surprises when it comes to your foundation aren’t a good thing. We connected with Tim and he came and assessed the situation. He and his crew had to work against a tight timeline (as we were getting other work done). They were efficient, respectful and kept the work area clean, paying special attention to the garden area. Great service! My current pharmacy could not fill a prescription for 3 weeks for a drug I was currently using and could not interrupt. We called Philbrook Pharmacy and Ming confirmed they had the drug we required and after having the other pharmacy transfer the order, Philbrook filled the order within an hour and called us for pickup.

Tim and his crew did an awesome job cleaning our carpets and tile. I couldn't believe the difference he made with our carpets especially - we have a toddler who has committed the 3 "P's" on our carpet - we had one stain that has been there for almost 2 years - and now... you can hardly see it! Thanks Tim! OH and super reasonable prices - never go out an buy a carpet steamer - it doesn't work - just have Tim over and you will be happy you did!
