The team at CJs is amazing - I've switch garages not just because of more honest pricing but the dedication to fixing my cars without trying to raise the price by adding work that doesn't need to be done. I can't recommend the staff and service at Sil's enough! As a woman, I've had negative experiences at the dealership...but here, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Their service advisors explain the required work in a way that's easy to understand.
Little extras go a long way, too, like vacuuming and cleaning, pick up and drop off service, and even a complimentary roadside assistance program and extended warranty on work. Referrals are rewarded too!
I personally don't take the Go Train but they're located right next door so this would be really convenient if you leave your car there all day! This is a family business with family values.

Called to speak with Paul,was told he retired.I requested an oil change for my 2015 Rav 4,Mo the new owner was very friendly and understanding, got my oil changed,he swapped my rear wheels that were put on incorrectly as oer tire rotation, fixed my front bumper that was backed into at square one parking garage.I will also bring my aluminum boat and motor to be looked at,great service

For decades, I have taken my cars to Laird Auto because I have found the long-term co-owners/mechanic to be knowledgeable, sincere and reputable. My 4-star rating is comparable to a 5-star rating by others because I don't think anything like this can be perfect.
