My experience has been that he can diagnose a problem accurately and efficiently, so you are paying for actual repair instead of the run-around that comes with inexperience, incompetence and an I-couldn't-care-less attitude. Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Absolutely love the staff at Estrada Car Rentals. They were very friendly and helped me with my car rental and even let me try a couple vehicles to see which one I was comfortable in before taking it home. I would recommend the Estrada Car Rentals in Richmond Hill to anyone.

one of the best wash i ever got at any car washes. Even vacuum cleaning by staff is more good and time saving ang guys do it more professionally than i do bymeself from free vacuums . Outstanding service with only fifty bucks , great job. Thank you.

I went for the first time( February 09. 2024) at 9:45 am for my vehicle safety.
The experience was amazing, Ali took my car in right away and checked my car completely. He is very professional, respectful and knows what he is doing and advised for future maintenance.
At reception Naz was also very professional and courteous and helpful.
I will be taking my car there from now on.
