We had a lovely table by the window so we had a nice view. Overall ambience is very bright and contemporary. To our benefit the restaurant was not that busy on a weeknight and we parked very close. The service was very good. We enjoyed their daily flatbread special and crab cakes to start. For our mains we went with halibut and osso bucco, both too were very good and cooked just right. And to finish went with a delicious choco molten cake just perfect to share.

If its paper, and its specil, its here. Another of the gems of Granville Island, Paper-Ya is a terrific place to go for paper of all descriptions. Archival paper, art paper, origami paper, writing paper, note paper and paper cards they have all kinds on offer. For the more daring they even have the supplies you need to make your own paper. They also offer a great little selection of greeting cards and unique and wonderful journals and notebooks that make great gifts. Visit Paper-Ya for unique and wonderful stationery!

I just picked up my first ever carbon frame road bike from BSP in North Vancouver. Not only am I wonderfully impressed with the bike (a Trek Domane) but I am ridiculously impressed by the quality of the customer care I received from the moment I walked in the door.
The techie that took care of me the most (Simon) was warm, encouraging, supportive, very knowledgable - and relentlessly asked questions to make sure we found the right bike for me. From the earliest visits - right through to test riding the shortlisted models, I could not have asked for better client care.
On buying a computer and some other bits and bobs, James (store manager) was again, utterly obsessive about making sure I got the kit that was best suited for the type of riding I was planning to do. With the help I received from the other fellows in the store, I can give five big, yellow, shiny stars to BSP in North Van. If I could, I'd give them six - and I would say I am typically a very fussy customer.
