We showed up late in the day on a Saturday and we were greeted by Jean-Pierre. He inquired about the purpose of our visit and began to show us the models of washing machines we wanted to see. He was very nice and not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the items I had set forth to buy and for once, I was feeling awesome about how I had been treated as a customer. Thanks again JP!!! Everytime I go to the Brick I get excellent service. I had to buy a mattress for myself. I am very pleased with the product. Because they didn't tell me about the mattress and bed pick up for 40$, they came today and picked it up for free. Also, they took my old oven for 20$ even though I bought the new one from Leon's and not them. Leon's charges 30$. If you go to the Brick ask for Wanda or Gary. I get very good service from them. They are honest and not at all pushy.

Excellent service à la réception et surtout la vendeuse sur le plancher. Son nom est Catherine, elle ma donné un service hors pair, cest un ange durant cette pandémie qui nous affecte tous. Grâce à Catherine jai pu trouvé un climatiseur à mes parents avant quun autre canicule viennent nous visiter. Vendredi on m'a annoncé que mon lit et matelas était non-disponible avant plusieurs semaines. Malgré la déception sur le coup, Cathy et Devan du magasin de Lasalle ont travaillé très fort avec moi (samedi et dimanche) afin de trouver une solution de remplacement qui ferait notre bonheur. Un nouveau lit et matelas (mieux que ceux choisi) m'ont été suggéré avec une infime différence de prix. Je suis impressionné par le haut degré de service à la clientèle reçu par Cathy et Devan. BRAVO!!! 5*****
