I requested for a free inspection because I suspected there might be rat problem in my garage. A technician Jamie was promptly sent to do the inspection the next day. We had 4 pizzas from Choice pizza in Aldergrove. We had guests over to enjoy this pizza. We found it to be very tasty, with great crusts and full toppings. There was great service, and they even phoned us to tell us when it is ready. Top notch.

I came in looking to buy a violin, and Rino showed me around and let me play everything in the shop, even instruments wildly out of my price range, just for the experience. As an advanced student, just a few weeks of practicing on this instrument has completely transformed my playing, and I deeply regret the literal years I wasted being held back by a poor instrument.
Rino is the most prestigious luthier in Vancouver and he actually knows what he's doing. Highly recommended.

I brought in my old jalopy of a leaf blower/sucker with a broken pull cord. Daria and Tyler helped me get going again and found me some gently used parts at a fraction of the price compared to new instead of pushing for a new sale and were super friendly and knowledgeable while doing so. Instead of waiting 4 weeks they had me off and running in less than an hour. Common sense. Common decency. What a change from the rest of society lately. I wish I had a 6 star rating available.
