These guys went above and beyond for me. My car battery died a few blocks away from their shop and even though its not a service they offer, they drove over to help me anyhow when I explained to them that my auto club couldnt help me for another two hours. I have chronic pain and it would have been made much worse by sitting in my freezing car for hours, so the favour these guys did me was even bigger than they thought. Just lovely, decent human beings.

Jeff (Aaron) was extremely helpful in providing options to resolve a longstanding telephone connection issue that has been plaguing me for over a month.
He offered potential solutions which even my phone service hadn't thought of, and made the difference in getting resolution to an irritating problem.
