Thank You DMC AUTO!!! We could not take off our tires because the last shop tightened the bolts too hard and lost the key bolt! When we went back, they could not get it off.. we went to the dealership to order another one and they couldn’t do that! Took it to two more shops and NOBODY could take off our tires!!! With Snow on the way and frustrated as ever, I was referred to DMC and all I can say is THANK YOU!! You were the only ones to really try and succeed!! Now we can drive this winter safely

Without a doubt, the best I've ever dealt with. They are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I like the way they bring things to my attention and casually mentions it as something to watch for, perhaps getting it resolved on my next visit. Rick is great at what he does! There are only 3 other employees as far as I know and that is what makes his service AMAZING! It's personal, helpful and quick! He knows you by name not just by number. Just picked up our F250 Truck. We were amazed in the quality of the repair, but absolutely shocked to see how factory clean it was inside and out. I try to keep the 2003 looking as good as I can, but I need lessons from these professionals. I could not stress enough how great this business is.
