I am so pleased, thrilled, amazed, happy and any other positive word you can use to describe this animal clinic. Where I am from our vet was very hands on and knew everyones pet by name. You get that here.
I had just moved here and my little Moolah was having stomach issues. My husband and I researched vets in Toronto and we decided to give West Hill a try. We were not disappointed. Not only did they take VERY good care of Moolah but called and checked up on her. In my book that is way above typical standards. Not to many will do that anymore.
Just recently Moolah was having stomach issues again and was also showing visible signs of an infection. We went to the Emergency Hospital and they faxed the results over to West Hill. I got a call the next day from her vet Dr. Thompson asking how Moolah was and explained that she had Pyometra and in such a way we understood the risk and what exactly it was. Over a 3 day period it got worse and we had to do surgery.
Dr. Wood did an amazing job on her surgery. She had the proceedure done yesterday and today she is laying here on the bed with her baby heavily guarded. (Like her 2.5lb body is going to really protect it from me).
The staff is caring and amazing all around and I could not have found a better vet anywhere. We LOVE this place and are very happy to have them as our vet. They remind me of the vets we had at home.

I cannot praise Dr. Watts and his team at Highland Creek Animal Clinic enough. Their knowledge of animals and the concern they show is outstanding and I could not ask for better veterinarian care. From routine check-ups, vaccinations, surgery and other random medical issues, they have always provided the best for my pet. Based on past experiences, I thought that dogs dreaded going to the vet’s office. My dog loves visits to the clinic so much, she gets excited when I say we are going to see the doctor. Dr. Watts and his professional staff always exceed my expectations and I know that they have our best interests at heart. Their personal service really makes the difference and I’m sure, if dogs could talk, she would say the same thing!

Thanks to the whole Brelmar Veterinary Clinic staff for going beyond to saving my precious puppy Lala, she's now recovering fast and looking healthy. I am very grateful!!!

Took my cat Boots in for updates shots and neutering. The facilities were extremely clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing right from the start. Met with Craig who was extremely knowledgable and answered all the questions we had. He even enlightened us on some bad habits we didn't know we were doing!
Very affordable with packages to fit your needs. I'm a student and the three easy payments were so convenient!
On the day of Boots' surgery, another amazing staff member, Lindsey went out of her way to give me an update as soon as he was out and awake. She even printed out great aftercare information for me to keep. They're well organized, not even the slightest hiccup during our three visits!
I cannot stress how professional and amazing these guys are. Your pets will be in the best care!

The entire staff at Trenton Pet Hospital are amazing. I called with a pet emergency as my normal vet could not fit us in. They got us in right away and were all so kind. Dr. Jinni diagnosed our dog and got him set up immediately with a treatment plan. I am happy to report our 15 year dog is as good as new. Dr. Jinni even called us two days later to see how our dog was doing. The service they provide is the absolute best.
