I love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of snakes, lizards, amphibians and spiders. They always have the feeders I need....I have snakes, lizards, tarantulas and scorpions. I won't go anywhere else.

In staff.Currently the employee's are the best the store has ever had.Your always welcomed and greeted with a curteous smile, your asked how they can help you today, exemplorary service..all staff are knowledgeable, polite, treat you like a human being. Great staff, they should all be given a raise. The store itself has some overpriced items. The Dog grooming department is wonderful, excellent work,!

Called to find an obscure brand of Merrick cat food that our Gizmo will only eat and they are only too happy to order it in for us. Friendly on the phone, willing to help...would totally recommend this Global to anyone who needs special care.
