Excellent service, especially on a Sunday. First time meeting new staff member. He was very friendly and helpful in finding exactly what we needed. We have been, and will continue to be repeat customers. Pricing was very fair, definitely some deals to be found.

The diner is located in the heart of downtown Black Creek. The sign on the marquis said the best bbq in the Comox Valley...to my knowledge the only one!! Gas station, liquor store, variety store are located in the same complex. Service was good...energetic and attentive. The food...hmmmm...my wife and I ordered their BBQ platter which consisted of a 1/2 rack if ribs, 1/4 smoked chicken, and a hunk of bbq brisket. The sides included homemade potatoe salad..not the canned stuff; baked beans, and corn bread. The bbq ribs excellent...lot of meat and the sauce was fantastic....the baked beans had a slight smokey flavour and I could eat a pot of them with a pan of cornbread...smoked chicken was good, but a little dry....the brisket was a bit tough. However, large portions and I could not complete the whole meal...well worth the $20/plate.

I showed up on a Sunday without realizing I would need an appointment. Called the number on the door and the big guy showed up in 10 mins. Great customer service! Easy going, no pressure, very accommodating. Buying a car can be very stressful, that being said. My experience was a pleasure. Would most defiantly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle
Black creek Motors has a kind of home town charm that is refreshing

I’ve had my accounts there for over 40 years and have never experienced a mistake in my transactions unlike another institution that I will not mention. All banks and credit unions have reduced staffing and employee shuffling since covid 19 raised it’s ugly head. I have never had a hard time getting thru on the phone nor experienced rude staffing. Once or twice longer line ups, but no different than anywhere else. I have been looked after in a professional manner for many years.
