I’ve known Richard for over 20 years and always found him honest and very personable. He helped us with a construction project we were needing help with, and was not only hard working, but very knowledgeable. He takes great pride in his work, so any job he does will be done to perfection.

I hired KLT contracting to build a retaining wall, fence, and replace the grass in my yard in the summer of 2025. Kaiden took the time to understand what I wanted and made it happen. He made the whole process stress free for me by being available to answer all of my questions and offering thoughtful options at each point in the project, while also being mindful of my budget. All the people who worked on the project were skilled, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!
